Nope! Most clients choose to leave while we clean. But if you are home, or working from home, our professional technicians are very efficient in working around you.

We bring in everything we need to perform your service with the exception of a toilet bowl brush. Please have one handy in each bathroom. Our technicians are trained and instructed to use only using our specific products, if there is a specific product you'd like us to use, just give us a call so we can discuss and inform our technicians.
Absolutely! Give the office a call to make any change requests, add extra service, or with special instructions. Our office will notify the technician for you. Technicians are instructed to only follow notes in your account.
We prefer credit card payments, but also accept checks.
We require a 48 business hour notice to avoid a late cancel fee. Our technicians rely on their scheduled hours and late cancels prohibit them from getting the hours they were counting on. It also prevents someone else on our waitlist to receive a cleaning. Reschedules or cancels with a less than 48 hour notice will be billed a late cancel fee. Of course we will take an emergency into account 😁 (waking up with a cold will not be considered an emergency).
You can set up a recurring tip, or let us know to add a one time tip to the credit card on file. Cash tips are also appreciated!
