- **Cancellation:** 48 business hours notice required to avoid a late cancellation fee. Late cancels prevent standby clients from booking and affect technician scheduled hours. Emergencies are considered case-by-case.
- **Payment:** Credit card preferred; checks also accepted. Recurring or one-time tips can be added to the card on file; cash tips are also welcome.
- **Supplies:** CHRIStal Clean brings all cleaning products and tools. Clients only need to provide a toilet bowl brush in each bathroom. Specific product requests should be discussed with the office in advance.
